Charter Senior Living is seeking a caring Caregiver / Resident Care Associate in North Carolina. This role supports residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care, building meaningful connections and upholding our mission to Enhance the Human Spirit.

You will work with a team to assist with ADLs, mobility, and daily activities, while documenting care and ensuring a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.

Qualifikationen

• Previous caregiver experience preferred (CNA/PCA/HHA or senior living).
• Assisted living or memory care experience is a plus.
• Demonstrates compassion, dependability and patience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

As a Caregiver, you are one of the main support providers for our residents and play a vital role in helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Caregivers provide hands‑on support to residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care neighborhoods while building meaningful relationships through compassionate care and daily interaction.
