Job summary

Windsor Manor Webster City is seeking compassionate Caregivers/Resident Assistants to join our Assisted Living community. Full-Time and Part-Time roles available with 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:00pm) and 1st shift (6:00am–2:00pm); no CNA license required and on-the-job training provided.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, remind medications as permitted, follow care plans, and support a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related healthcare or caregiving experience is required.
• Willingness to obtain med manager certification for full-time roles is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Dementia training and background screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, incontinence care).
• Provide medication reminders as permitted.
• Follow resident service plans and document all care provided.
• Communicate with the Resident Services team to maintain continuity of care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment each shift.
• Support daily operations within the community.

Windsor Manor Webster City is hiring compassionate, dependable Full-Time and Part-Time Caregivers / Resident Assistants to join our Assisted Living team. If you have a heart for seniors and a dependable work ethic — we want to meet you. No CNA license or certification required.

If you have experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, Resident Assistant, Direct Support Professional, or Private Caregiver, we would love to hear from you.

Shifts Available:

• Full-Time | 2nd Shift | 2:00pm–10:00pm | 5 days/week | Every other weekend | Must be willing to work holidays
• Part-Time | 1st Shift | 6:00am–2:00pm | Every other weekend required

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

• CNA, Home Health, Private Caregiver, or Senior Living experience — preferred
• Willingness to obtain med manager certification (FT applicants) — required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine passion for working with seniors
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• CPR and First Aid certification — preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must complete required dementia training, background screening, and follow Drug-Free Workplace policy
