Job summary

Meridian Senior Living in California is seeking a Caregiver/Resident Assistant to provide direct care to residents in daily activities such as bathing, dressing and mobility support. You will document care, monitor residents and report changes to the care team.

Must be 21+ years old, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate compassion for the elderly. A team player with strong communication and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent and successfully complete training as required by State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility and incontinence care.
• Keep proper care records and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public.
