• Assist residents with daily activities: personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond appropriately.
• Document tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements.
• Communicate clearly and confidentially with staff regarding urgent needs and concerns.
• Manage assigned tasks within scheduled shifts.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Note: This role is drug-free; drug screening may be conducted. Evening and weekend work may be required.
