Elite Home Care is seeking a Temporary Staffing Coordinator to join our mission-driven team serving seniors across South Carolina. You’ll bridge caregivers and the office, helping recruit, onboard, and schedule those who make a real difference every day.

In this role you’ll lead caregiver recruitment and onboarding, keep HR files organized, support scheduling, and manage documents in profiles. Strong communication and multitasking are essential to helping families receive compassionate, reliable

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Experience in healthcare, home care, long-term care, or related settings.
• Familiarity with dementia care, including Alzheimer’s (preferred).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• A "can-do" attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Lead caregiver recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
• Keep HR files accurate and organized.
• Support scheduling to ensure every client is covered.
• Upload and manage documents in client and caregiver profiles.
• Communicate with caregivers and troubleshoot staffing issues.
