Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Healthcare/home care/long-term care experience.
• Familiarity with dementia care and Alzheimer’s (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead caregiver recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.
• Keep HR files accurate and organized.
• Support scheduling to ensure every client is covered.
• Upload and manage documents in client and caregiver profiles.
