Visiting Angels Greater Philadelphia is seeking a full-time HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team. You will report to the Director of Administration to enhance the agency’s HR efforts, focusing on identifying, screening, and onboarding of new caregivers.

The role emphasizes recruitment, training, and compliance to support service quality. All applicants must provide proof of vaccination.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR experience in recruitment and hiring.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Understanding of screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• High ethical standards and diligence.
• Proficiency in HR systems for recruiting, training and performance reviews.
• Experience in talent management, employee relations, change management, and recruitment.
• Experience with internet recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and build a talented caregiving team to grow the agency.
• Lead new hire training and ongoing staff training.
• Monitor industry trends and employment laws to ensure safety and compliance.
• Anticipate, assess, and minimize litigation risks.
• Serve as a strategic business advisor and mentor to caregivers.
• Assist Manager/Director with varied tasks.
