Job summary

Covenant Caregivers, LLC in Madison, MS is hiring a Caregiver Recruiter to manage the caregiver hiring pipeline from initial conversation through the start date. You will source and engage caregiver candidates, conduct phone screens and interviews, and coordinate background checks and onboarding steps.

This full-time, in-person role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple openings, and a genuine respect for caregivers and the clients they serve.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, hiring, HR, or a people-focused role.
• Strong communication and reliable follow-through throughout the recruiting process.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and shifting priorities.
• Caregivers or healthcare staff recruiting experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage caregiver candidates through job boards, referrals, community relationships, and recruiting events.
• Review applications and conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate background checks, references, hiring paperwork, and orientation steps.
• Provide updates to candidates and help ensure qualified applicants move forward promptly.
• Track recruiting activity and partner with the team to support staffing needs.
