Job summary

The Waters in Minneapolis, MN seeks compassionate caregivers to provide personal care to residents, assist with dining, and perform homemaking tasks. You will work as part of a caring team in a welcoming community.

Responsibilities include documenting changes in health status, completing daily charting, and maintaining a positive resident experience. Growth opportunities and a supportive work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year nursing/resident assistant care experience preferred.
• English literacy and communication required.
• Basic computer skills with EHR experience or ability to learn.
• Compassion for hospitality and service in senior care.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Flexible hours and shifts.

• Assist residents in dining

• Responds to and reports changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care

Qualifications
