Qualifications

• Current Colorado QMAP qualification is required.
• Experience assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ability to administer medications per Colorado regulations and physician orders.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Commitment to resident dignity, confidentiality, and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Respond to resident requests and determine the best assistance.
• Safely administer medications to residents per Colorado QMAP and regulations.
• Ensure residents receive appropriate diets by reviewing dietary restrictions and allergies.
