Greenwich House is seeking a dynamic Supervisor to support the Heights & Hills Caregiver Program in Brooklyn. You’ll supervise a four-person team, monitor service delivery, and collaborate with the Caregiver Program Director to ensure program standards and growth.

The role emphasizes staff development, compliance with NYC Aging Program Standards, and cross‑agency coordination in a mission‑driven nonprofit setting in New York City.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
• 2 years of Supervisory Experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Cultural competency and commitment to diverse communities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance support to a team of four staff members.
• Monitor client services, staff productivity, and program metrics to meet goals.
• Guide staff interventions in high-risk or crisis situations.
• Ensure compliance with NYC Aging Program Standards.
• Monitor trainings, certifications and professional development requirements.
• Prepare and submit program reports and data summaries.
• Assist with program budget monitoring and related expenditures.
• Support quality assurance and workflow improvements.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing staff training.
• Collaborate to maintain program website content and digital resources.
• Co-host workshops and events, including registrations and communications.
• Represent program leadership at internal and external meetings.
