Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of dementia care, memory care, and behavior management techniques.
• Ability to perform vital sign measurements and medication administration competently.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities requiring personal support.
• First aid certification is advantageous; willingness to obtain certifications if not held.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred for community outings or errands.

Qualifications
