Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers in Washington to assist clients with daily living activities and transportation needs. Training is provided, and weekly pay is offered with flexible scheduling. No CNA license required if willing to complete state-approved HCA training.

Responsibilities include meal prep, light housekeeping, bathing assistance, mobility support, and accompanying clients to appointments. Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years+
• Ability to lift 10 lbs to 50 lbs occasionally
• Own a smartphone for mobile app use
• Able to pass state and national background checks
• Valid WA driver’s license and auto insurance required
• Must be able to transport clients in their own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (household chores, cooking, grooming)
• Provide companionship and monitor client condition
• Transport clients to store or appointments as needed
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Support clients with routine tasks and daily activities
• Learn and apply Hoyer lifts and gait belt usage as needed
• Flexible shifts; part-time 20–30 hrs/week with potential for more

Pay Range:

$17.75 to $21.50/hr

Current Needs:

Current Client Needs:

• Client 1: Walla Walla – Caregiver needed Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm* (stackable shift) needed-Full time and part-time hours open
• Client 2: Walla Walla – Weekend caregiver needed with exp, Weekends (Saturday and Sunday
• Clients 3: Dayton – High number of Caregivers with experience or open to be train needed-Full time and part-time hours open

REQUIRED: must be able to transport clients in reliable vehicle, have WA Driver's license and active auto insurance.

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and grooming
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition
• comfortable or willing to learn Hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Plus

• Caregiver experience preferred, but paid training is available
• REQUIRED: must be able to transport clients in reliable vehicle, WA Driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Available for day, short shifts between 8am-6pm
• Weekend Availability a plus
• Memory care experience a plus
• Part time 20-30 hrs a week *can lead to full time

Additional Information

• Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.
