Job summary

Wallick Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for Meadow Valley Senior Living in Michigan. This full-time role runs 7am-3pm and pays $20/hour plus shift differential, with a strong benefits package.

You will provide daily resident care, assist with activities, administer medications, and respond to call lights with care. We value reliability, empathy, and teamwork to help residents maintain independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of first aid training program.
• Certified Nursing Assistant license a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Provide physical resident care including personal hygiene and grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed under guidelines.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to residents' needs.
• Encourage resident involvement in activities.
• Assist residents to and from activities, dining, and other events.
• Lifting, turning, and re-positioning residents as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
