Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate Caregivers/PCA to provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care and companionship in clients' homes. You'll help seniors and adults with disabilities maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include bathing, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility support, and transportation to appointments. Requirements: 1+ year experience preferred, TB testing, reliable transportation, and clean background checks.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Experience as a Caregiver, PCA, HHA, Home Health Aide, Direct Care Worker, or similar role is a plus.
• Proof of current TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• If transporting clients, must have a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be mature, caring, punctual, and dependable.
• Must successfully pass required criminal background and fingerprint checks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate, non-medical support to clients in their homes.

Your responsibilities may include:

Personal Care

• Bathing and grooming
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Dressing and personal hygiene
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Home & Daily Living Support

• Meal preparation
