Elara Caring in Indiana is seeking a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA). The role offers an hourly pay range of $15.50/hour with a $250 sign-on bonus. Daily pay is available and urgent hiring is noted.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, housekeeping, companionship, and transportation to appointments. Required: High School Diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid certification before first client contact; experience with elderly or disabled individuals preferred.

Daily Pay Available | Urgently Hiring

$250 Sign on Bonus* (Warsaw/Pierceton)

Earn $100 when all pre-hire tasks are completed within 7 calendar days. An additional $150 may be earned after completing 30 days of employment. Bonus payments are contingent upon meeting performance and employment requirements and are paid following 30 days of active employment.
