Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide in-home support and improve quality of life for clients. Earn $15.25–$17.75 per hour with a $250 sign-on bonus after 150 hours and 90 days of employment, with daily pay options and training opportunities.

You will assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, while upholding dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required/preferred
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers and daily living activities
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform housekeeping, laundry and household tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life

As a Caregiver, you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
