Interim HealthCare in Reno seeks a devoted Personal Care Aide (PCA) for immediate hire. This role provides compassionate in-home assistance to seniors, helping with daily activities, mobility, meals, and companionship, enabling clients to remain independent in their familiar surroundings.

You’ll work with a small team, set your own schedule within client needs, receive weekly pay, and access online training to earn CEUs.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role.
• Clear Background Check & Drug Screen
• Valid NV driver license, auto insurance and transportation
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and support services to seniors living in an independent/assisted living facility.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation and transferring.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.

Wage: $18.00/Hour

Work Location: Home Based Care – Reno | All Shifts Available
