Essential Functions:

• Delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes safely and professionally
• Providing personal companionship and actively engaging with clients and their families
• Assisting with personal care activities such as hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Completing administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting changes in clients' physical or mental conditions
