Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking Personal Care Attendants to provide in-home health support in the Monticello, KY area. You’ll have one-on-one care with clients in their homes, helping with daily activities and health-related tasks while following a plan of care.

You can set a flexible schedule and enjoy benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus HSAs/FSAs. Training is available, and drivers with reliable transportation are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, mobility, and reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and shopping as needed.
• Follow the plan of care and communicate any changes to the RN promptly.
• Maintain client confidentiality and respect for client dignity at all times.
