Professional Case Management is hiring Personal Care Attendants to deliver in-home care in New Mexico. Work Thursdays and Fridays 10AM-2PM with the option to create your own schedule. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage with a Health Savings Account option.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, eating).
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Remind clients about medications and accompany to medical appointments.
• Support client safety and independence while following the care plan.
• Follow emergency procedures and report changes to the RN promptly.
