The role requires attention to patient safety, documentation, and adherence to care protocols while delivering supportive companionship and basic activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided.
• Comply with training requirements as per State and Federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient laundry when necessary.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Ensure patient safety.
• Report significant changes in the patient's condition directly to their supervisor.
• Prepare light meals and assist with patient feeding when required.
• Monitor and record patient temperature.
• Assist patients with ambulation.
• Conduct range of motion exercises and other simple physical activities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhereto care protocols.
