Professional Case Management is seeking Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) in Nevada to provide in-home care to clients, with a flexible schedule you can craft around your life. You’ll support safety, dignity, and independence, following a plan of care under RN supervision, and help with daily living activities in clients' homes.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to safety; training is available.

Qualificações

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Practice nursing with respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers.
• Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures.
• Must have a 2-step TB skin test and submit proof to Human Resources.
• Possess reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Follow the plan of care prepared by the supervising RN and encourage clients to be as independent as possible while protecting confidentiality and dignity.
• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care (bathing, skin, hair, nails, mouth care, dressing, feeding, ambulation, transfers, positioning, reminders).
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks (light chores, meals, dishes, laundry, appointments, shopping).
• Follow emergency procedures and report incidents to the RN promptly.
