Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) in New Mexico. You choose shifts and locations, working in clients\' homes to assist with daily living activities under RN supervision.

Ideal candidates show strong communication, reliability, and the ability to maintain client dignity and confidentiality. Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities available in Albuquerque and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must obtain a 2-step TB skin test.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care prepared by the supervising RN.
• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care such as bathing and dressing.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks and accompany medical appointments.
• Follow emergency procedures and report incidents promptly.
