The Caregiver is responsible for assisting residents with daily activities while maintaining dignity and respect, in accordance with policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks on residents
• Assist residents with daily activities, responding promptly and kindly
• Follow care plans, including managing oxygen tanks and concentrators per MD orders
• Transport residents safely, assisting with transfers and escorting to meals and activities
• Complete laundry and assist with community activities and duties
• Document resident information and communicate changes to supervisors
• Respond to resident alerts and emergencies promptly
• Maintain compliance with standards and regulations
• Present a professional image, wearing proper uniform and name tag
• Represent Clearwater Living's principles and core values daily
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active Certified Assisted Living Caregiver Certification
• First Aid and CPR/BLS Certification
• Background clearances as required by law
