Positions available for DSP (Direct Support Professional) Habilitation, Attendant Care, and Respite services. We currently have hours for Caregivers in Scottsdale and within the city.

We are currently in high demand for In-Home Caregivers in the Buckeye area, with additional opportunities elsewhere. Whether seeking part-time or full-time hours, we have ample opportunities.

HCBS Office: 2406 S 24th Street, Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $16.50 to $17 hourly

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assisting with personal hygiene, mealtime, dental care, medical monitoring, and household chores
• Modeling appropriate social behavior and recreational activities
• Redirecting behaviors as needed
• Promoting a safe environment for clients

This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, comfort working one-on-one with clients, and managing behaviors.

Required Qualifications:

• Level one Fingerprint Clearance Card
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Article 9, Prevention and Support, DCW training
• Habilitation 101 & 102 training
• Paid certification training (reimbursed up to $100 after the second paycheck)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Must be 18 or older

Previous experience in the DDD field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time

Available shifts include:

• 10-hour, 12-hour, 8-hour, 4-hour shifts
• Day, evening, night, overnight shifts
• Weekends and weekdays as needed

Preferred shift availability: Day, Night, Overnight
