Job summary

Better Health Home Care Services Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our Riverdale, GA team for Friday and Saturday shifts from 8am to 4pm.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, personalized care in patients' homes with a strong emphasis on safety and comfort. The successful candidate will have GA CNA or PCA certification, prior home care experience, excellent communication, and reliable transportation to visit patient

Qualifications

• Active and valid CNA or PCA certification in GA.
• Prior experience in home care, long-term care, or a clinical setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in Riverdale, GA area.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, health changes, and progress and report to supervising nursing staff
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning patients safely
• Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients in their homes
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
• Follow individualized care plans and adhere to all home care protocols and procedures
