Job summary

Waneka Park is hiring a Part-Time Caregiver to join our compassionate care team in Lafayette, CO. You will assist residents with daily activities, transfers, and personal care under the supervision of the Health & Wellness Director.

The role supports resident comfort, dignity, and well-being while upholding our facility's standards. This position offers schedule coverage on Sundays and Tuesdays from 6am to 6pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and dressing.
• Support residents with stand-by assist transfers.
• Provide quality personal hygiene care to residents.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing supervisor.
• Apply infection control principles consistently during all care activities.
• Adapt to changing needs and responsibilities as required.

Now Hiring: Part Time Caregiver

Schedule: Sunday and Tuesday 6am-6pm

About the Role:

As a Caregiver, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to positively impact our residents each day. Working closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team and under the guidance of our Health & Wellness Director, you'll help ensure residents' comfort, dignity, and well-being while contributing to their overall care plan. You'll also serve as a positive representative of our facility's commitment to compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
