Job summary

Waneka Park Assisted Living is hiring a Part Time Caregiver for Sundays and Tuesdays from 6am to 6pm. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being, while contributing to their overall care plan.

You will assist with activities of daily living, respond to call lights, and follow infection control practices. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this role in Lafayette, CO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• First Aid and CPR certification from a recognized organization.
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and dressing.
• Support residents with stand-by assist transfers.
• Provide quality personal hygiene care to residents.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing supervisor.
• Apply infection control principles consistently during all care activities.
• Adapt to changing needs and responsibilities as required.

Now Hiring: Part Time Caregiver

Schedule: Sunday and Tuesday 6am-6pm

About the Role:

As a Caregiver, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to positively impact our residents each day. Working closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team and under the guidance of our Health & Wellness Director, you'll help ensure residents' comfort, dignity, and well-being while contributing to their overall care plan. You'll also serve as a positive representative of our facility's commitment to compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:
