Job summary

Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You’ll assist with personal hygiene, daily activities, and behaviors, helping participants live more independently and engage in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, time‑management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Provide compassionate, patient care and help participants in daily activities.
• Help participants set and pursue developmental goals.
• Demonstrate reliability and clear communication with participants and supervisors.

Pay Rate: $9 per hour
