Job summary

Sevita is seeking a caregiver in Levelland, Texas, to help individuals live more independently at home and in their community. You’ll provide personal care and assist participants with daily activities in a compassionate, respectful setting.

Salary starts at $9 per hour and includes a full benefits package for full-time employees, with paid time off, a 401(k) matching plan, and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals with developmental goals and complex needs.
• Help participants participate in community activities and social events.
