Job summary

Sevita provides home and community-based health care, empowering individuals to live independently and participate in their communities through person-centered support.

As a caregiver in California, you\'ll assist with daily living tasks, personal hygiene, and health needs while building real relationships with participants and working with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with their personal hygiene and daily living needs.
• Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
