Job summary

Agemark Senior Living's CountryHouse Cedar Rapids location is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for full-time 2nd shift to support residents with daily living activities and help them feel at home.

You’ll monitor wellbeing, report changes, engage residents in activities, and collaborate with families and team members to deliver personalized, respectful care.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniors.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach.
• A dependable team player who enjoys helping others.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training!

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes in condition.
• Engage residents in activities that encourage connection and independence.
• Work closely with families and team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
