Job summary

HomeWell Care Services is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their homes, providing non-medical services with a focus on companionship and personalized care. You will work individually with clients, fostering relationships and helping them age in place with dignity and respect.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, reliability, and clear communication, with a commitment to ongoing training and career growth within a nationwide team.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA or HHA preferred or 6 months full‑time or 12 months part‑time geriatric care experience.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Proof of TB testing and ability to perform duties physically.
• Reliable, mature, punctual, and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Companionship and one-on-one client interaction.
• Light cooking and cleaning for clients.
• Bathing, grooming and toileting assistance.
• Ambulation support and medication reminders.
• Transporting clients to appointments and errands.

• Companionship
• Light cooking and cleaning
• Bathing, grooming and toileting
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
