Sunrise Senior Living in Middletown Township, NJ is hiring a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You’ll assist with ADLs, promote safety and dignity, and help with daily activities in a compassionate, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
