Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in Charlotte to provide hands-on personal care, assist with daily activities, and support residents with memory care needs. You will follow individualized plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through meaningful activities.

The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and clear communication with families and care teams. A completion of CPR/First Aid is expected or obtainable on hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and keep a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
