Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and personal care in a compassionate, respectful environment.

You will follow individualized care plans, assist with ADLs, and engage residents in meaningful activities, while communicating with families and the care teams. Growth opportunities and paid training accompany a strong commitment to quality of life for seniors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
