Job summary

The Springs at Grand Park is seeking compassionate caregivers for an overnight shift to provide excellent care for residents. You will support daily care per service plans, offer warmth and companionship, respond to pages and call lights, and help update service plans as needs evolve.

Training is provided, with clear growth opportunities and internal promotions. Paid job training and certifications, professional development classes and coaching, prioritized internal promotions, and clear growth

Qualifications

• Friendly, observant, flexible, reliable, patient, organized, and helpful.
• Ability to pass a criminal background and drug test at the time of job offer
• If new to health services, training will be provided
