Interim HealthCare of El Paso is urgently hiring experienced caregivers in El Paso, TX. We offer flexible schedules and meaningful work helping seniors with daily activities, companionship, and home care.

Immediate positions available with 1:1 client ratios, overnight shifts, and weekly pay. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with paid training and direct deposit; benefits include PTO, Teladoc services, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• At least one year of caregiver experience.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass State & Federal Background Check and Drug Screen.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s or Dementia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with socialization/companionship.
• Provide mobility assistance as needed.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming).
• Handle transportation and errands.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, meal prep, disinfecting).
