You'll work one-on-one with a senior or an individual with neurodiverse conditions and specialized care needs who lives independently in the comfort of their own home. This role also offers a path to advance into a Caregiver Lead position, supporting training and onboarding.

Deliver dedicated 1:1 support for the elderly or adults with developmental disabilities, with a focus on exercise, companionship or social interaction
Personal Care Assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting;
Mobility Assistance including ambulation, wheelchair, and transfers.
Meal preparation including special diets, supervising and assisting the client with eating and drinking
Light housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, laundry/linen changes and dishes (restricted to only 15min per hour max);
Driving and/or escorting clients to shopping, errands, socialization activities, and/or doctor’s appointments;
Medication reminders
Companionship and socialization.
Track and document participant goals, progress, and milestones, maintaining accurate, timely, and complete records.
Report daily on progress; transport participants safely to doctors appointments or errands if needed.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
English communication skills
Applicable work or volunteer experience
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly
CNA, LVN, MA, or prior caregiving/personal assistant experience preferred
Experience with dementia or neurodiverse care is a plus
MUST HAVE: Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
Ability to lift 25 lbs and assist with transfers
