Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in the Bay Area is seeking in-home caregivers and CNAs to support Milpitas and nearby communities. Flexible hours across all shifts, including nights and weekends, with a focus on compassionate, client-centered care.

Duties include personal care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and companionship. Requirements: caregiving/CNA experience, valid driver’s license, CPR, TB test, background check, and high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years caregiving or CNA experience in home care, assisted living, hospital, or rehab.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification is required.
• TB test or chest X-ray (upon hire).
• Background check clearance required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Assist with medication reminders, meal preparation, errands, and light housekeeping.
• Provide compassionate companionship.
• Drive clients to appointments and activities as needed.
