Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) in the House Springs, MO area to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. Join our team and earn a $200 engagement bonus as a thank you for getting started! No previous experience required!
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.

Shifts: 4 hours a day, 3 days a week to start out. Perfect for someone looking for part time work and short shifts with full time potential.

Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Executes physician prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record
  • Administers prescribed treatments, and therapies
  • Performs patient assessments, coordination of care
  • Performs various activities associated with daily living, communications, and monitoring of vitals while working at the patient’s home
  • Will be working with patients in a comfortable environment where the service is one-on-one
  • Communicates with family members, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of patients
  • Performs other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs



Requirements

  • Current CPR, First Aid, and 2-Step TB Test
  • Prefer experience in a clinical care setting, home health preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Prolonged standing and walking required, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patients
  • Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
