HomeWell Care Services MI251 is seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide one-on-one care to seniors in White Lake, MI and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• CNAs or HHAs preferred; 0–1 year accepted for motivated candidates.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities—bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities.
• Perform light homemaking, meal preparation, and maintain a safe home environment.
• Observe and report changes in client health to the care team.

About the Role

HomeWell Care Services is hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one personalized care to seniors. Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Companionship: Build meaningful relationships through conversation, emotional support, and engaging social activities.
• Homemaking: Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Care Coordination: Observe, document, and report any changes in client health or status to the office care team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• CNA certificate, HHA certificate, or 1+ year of personal caregiving experience preferred (0–1 year accepted for motivated candidates).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
