Job summary

Charter Senior Living of Paducah is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Caregiver for 12-hour shifts in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Flexible scheduling and night-shift opportunities help you balance life, studies, or another job.

As a CNA/Caregiver you will provide hands-on care, assist residents with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and build meaningful relationships in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred; caregiver experience may be considered.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night).
• Compassionate, dependable and team-oriented.
• Interest in working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support safe mobility and transfers for residents.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Follow care plans and document services provided.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team.

Your Role

As a CNA/Caregiver, you are a primary support provider for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Responsibilities
