Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors in Frederick, CO is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home with personal care, daily activities, and meaningful companionship. You will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while building trust and improving quality of life.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stay active during shifts.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow in caregiving.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities
