Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide personalized in-home care, companionship, and daily assistance to clients in the Colorado area. You will play a vital role in improving quality of life and maintaining independence in the comfort of clients' homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
