Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Findlay, OH is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to provide non-certified routine care for Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living residents under supervision.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, ADLs, meal service support, responding to call lights, and assisting clinical staff to keep residents comfortable and safe. High school diploma or GED preferred; 0–1 year experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry tasks including changing unoccupied beds.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living (hygiene, incontinence care, bathing, grooming).
• Assists with meal service including transport to dining, tray delivery, and dining experience.
• Responds promptly to residents' call lights.
• Checks residents at risk of functional decline and helps with comfort measures.
• Assists clinical staff to support resident comfort and personal care according to guidelines.

Position Overview

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with the established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors. This role specifically supports our Assisted Living, AL Memory Care and Independent Living residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with housekeeping and laundry services including but not limited to, trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
• Provides resident assistance with activities of daily living including but not limited to hygiene care, incontinence assistance, bathing & grooming.
• Assists with all aspects of meal service including but not limited to, transportation of residents to and from dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring great dining experience.
• Answer residents call lights promptly.
• Ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable (i.e., check sitting position, hydration passing, etc.)
• Assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
