Meadow Falls of Finneytown in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for the night shift to support residents with personal care and daily activities while preserving independence and dignity.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, hydration, mobility, and ADLs; ensuring a clean, safe environment; reporting changes to nursing staff; and providing emotional support and companionship to residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
• Compassionate and patient attitude toward residents required.

Job Summary:

Meadow Falls of Finneytown, a premier senior living community in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and mobility assistance
• Support residents with mealtime, including feeding and hydration
• Encourage and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as walking, transferring, and using assistive devices
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their living spaces and common areas
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards residents
