Job summary

Gravitas seeks a compassionate Night Shift Caregiver for Meadow Falls of Richmond in Richmond Heights, Ohio. Provide ADL assistance, monitor residents, and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure well-being.

You will maintain a safe, respectful environment, support families, and follow HIPAA guidelines while delivering high-quality care during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare-related degree or enrollment in healthcare program a plus.
• Ohio CNA certification valid or ability to obtain may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents, including ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition or behavior to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment including laundry, housekeeping, and meal assistance.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues to ensure a positive care environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

As a Night Shift Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming




• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff




• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal assistance




• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare-related field or current enrollment in a healthcare program a plus




• Experience in a caregiving role; willingness to learn and grow with our team



• Valid Ohio CNA certification or ability to obtain
