Job summary

Arosa is seeking dedicated CNAs to join our team providing in-home care to seniors. This role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and delivering compassionate support in clients’ homes.

• Excellent communication skills, English proficiency encouraged.

• HCA registered (we assist with the process).
• Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check required.
• Licensed drivers needed to provide client transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meals.
• Provide companionship and build trust with clients and their families.
• Communicate and document client progress with the care team.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
